March 7, 2023. Adabraka, ACCRA: Robert Klah, Head of Public Events and Communications at Charter House, this morning shared his vast experience in public relations with the students of African University College of Communications through his ‘CEKSC’ success model.

The events guru was talking to sophomore Introduction to Communication students about what it takes to excel in the field of Public Relations.

He advised students to invest in themselves by mastering ‘CEKSC’, the acronym for ‘Certification’, ‘Experience’, ‘Knowledge’, ‘Skill’ and ‘Character’.

The organizer of the Ghana Music Awards said ‘Certification’ is important because it shows that one has gone through the required training needed to face the corporate world.

“Practicing on campus will help the individual hone their skills without them noticing it”.

Finally, the motivational author and public speaker stressed on ‘Character’.

“Character – having your communication, voice, the aforementioned feats, and being able to stand before people, you are good and ready to excel,” he assured.
